What are the benefits of working with a niche set of clients?

We firmly believe in supporting users in the industries we've worked in. In that way, we understand the user's unique challenges, needs, and expectations. We've worked in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries and have fine-tuned our IT company to support practices and users within this niche.

What are the benefits of working with a niche set of clients?

Unique Requirements

We are more than aware of Architects, Engineers and Construction professional's unique software and hardware requirements for designing, modelling and collaborating. Supporting AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, etc., requires specialised knowledge due to their complexity and crucial role in the design process, including their integration with other software or systems within the architectural workflow. We understand these integrations and have experienced troubleshooting issues during the integration process.

Supporting In-House IT Departments

Some larger practices we support have an in-house IT team. We have experience supporting these individuals to ensure a smooth and strategic IT department by implementing and managing IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, planning upgrades, providing cover when required and moving projects along.

Reduce Downtime

In providing specialised support, our clients can work efficiently and productively. Downtime is minimised as we proactively target technical issues which may result from the specialised software and hardware requirements.

Technology

For many practices, Clients expect projects to be handled using state-of-the-art technology. Experience enables us to confidently support our Clients in using this technology effectively and, thus, meeting these expectations.

Data Retention

Data retention, retrieval and backup are also crucial. We're more than aware that the responsibility of design data continues even when a project is completed. Post-completion responsibilities continue to the end of the liability period as agreed within the project appointment; crucially, we plan and manage this at the outset of our support.

Software License Management

Managing software licenses for architectural/design applications is crucial to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and legal requirements. We know how to handle licensing models effectively, so no surprises or software licenses are expiring and the least opportune time (like 8 p.m. on a Friday with the deadline looming!).

Our partnerships develop quickly due to our experience. Typically, we identify our client's challenges during the discovery call within 30 minutes, and crucially, we have tried and tested solutions to tackle these issues; if that’s what you are after, give us a call!
